成型加工困难严重制约了结构型导电pa46塑料的应用开发,已经研发出了把结构型导电聚合物粉末或者颗粒添加到易于加工成型的树脂或者橡胶中去并进行均匀掺混的制备方法,可以得到一种既有一定导电性能或**抗静电性能又具有良好力学性能的导电塑料,这就是所谓的共混型导电pa46塑料,主要包括结构型导电聚合物共混物和亲水性聚合物共混物,可以通过机械共混、电化学或化学方法制备。
机械共混是将结构型导电pei聚合物与基体ppo聚合物同时放入共混装置.在一定条件下混合成型,所获得的导电pa46塑料具有多相结构特征。利用这一方法已经获得了众多的导电聚合物导电塑料,如聚毗咯(聚苯胺)/聚乙烯(聚苯乙烯)等。一般当导电聚合物含量为2%”-3%、体积电阻率约10欧母时,可以作为抗静电材料使用。
化学方法基于结构型导电聚合物单体可在FeCI:或CuCI2等氧化剂作用下进行氧化缩聚反应,其方法要点是先将单体或氧化剂预浸到基体聚合物上,然后在气相或液相条件下进行氧化聚合反应.利用这种方法己经得到了聚苯胺/聚甲醛、聚吡咯/聚(乙烯接枝磺化苯乙烯)、聚吡咯/聚酰亚胺等导电聚合物复合材料.
电化学制备导电pa46塑料的方法可以分为一步法和二步法。二步法是在一个裸露的金属电极上涂覆一薄层塑料,然后将这一电极作为工作电极放人含有单体的电介质溶液中。由于电介质溶液对基体聚合物的溶胀作用,从而单体有可能通过扩散而到达金属电极表面放电。结果从基体聚合物内部开始,导电聚合物不断聚合,形成导电聚合物导电pa46塑料。这一方法已经成功地用于不同基体聚合物如聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚酰亚胺、聚笨乙烯和聚碳酸酯等。电化学一步法制备导电pa46塑料包括接枝单体共聚、阳极共聚、电化学截获等方法。接枝单体共聚成功的例子是PPY/PS复合材料,将吡咯单体和接枝后的吡咯按一定比例混合,然后在一定聚合电位作用下即可获得导电pa46塑料。聚噻吩/THF复合材料是阳极共聚法的成功的例子。用电化学截获法已成功地制备了聚甲基噻吩(PMeT)/PMMA复合材料,这一复合材料具有电化学活性,它的氧化还原行为是可逆的。
